Will definitely use Andrew again! He was able to fix our problem with faucet installation that was done by someone else. He charged by the hour and was quick to get things fixed!

After multiple calls to other places in town, I reached out to Sargents Plumbing per a friend’s recommendation. I needed a slab leak repair asap. Sargents Plumbing answered all my questions with just one call. They were able to see me right away and give me an estimate after getting a thorough leak detection completed. They advised the repairs needed and gave me options, with help in saving me unnecessary expense. The repairs were done next day, quick and easy. Our hot water tank went down this morning and we were at a loss. I called Sargent's plumbing and Andrew Sargent took my call. He had Jeffrey Sargent come to our house in a very short matter of time. Jeffrey installed a new hot water tank and you could tell that he really takes pride in his workmanship. Totally satisfied with the quick response and a job well done. Follow up, I had a slight drain problem from the install but Sargent's plumbing responded immediately and took care of it. Great company, with great service.
Sargents plumbing did a great job for us! They returned our service call immediately on a Sunday and came out to our home the following day at the exact time they said they would. Bought a house a few months back that had plumbing issues we didn’t know where there. In a panic I searched the web for reputable companies and Sargent’s Plumbing and Drain came out within 30 mins, gave me a free quote and assured they would have it brand new. I can wholeheartedly endorse this amazing company led by a very respectable and knowledgeable young man. If you have ANY plumbing concerns, Sargents should be your first and only call!
We’ve used Sargent’s Plumbing twice and both times they were awesome! The first time was last Christmas Eve afternoon. Our half bath toilet was leaking. They were able to schedule us that day. Hayden arrived on time, assessed the situation, fixed it quickly and didn’t leave a mess. Just recently, the same toilet developed another problem. Called Sargent’s. Jeffrey arrived a little early (not a problem), listened to my concerns and made some adjustments hoping to correct the problem. Unfortunately, it didn’t. He told me it might not; that the toilet should be replaced. Doing that in a couple of days. Quoted a reasonable price for this replacement. He and Andrew have been very patient in answering my questions. Highly recommend!
We have had issues with our sewer backing up into the house for a long time. I was worried when I first called because Sargent’s charges by the hour but wait.. They helped unclog the drain so fast it will make your head spin! Super nice, honest, and much more than fair to say the least. Use Sargent’s once and you won’t let anyone else help with your plumbing. Our issue was a little flap that broke off to keep sewage from back flowing into the home. (Ironic isn’t it that this is exactly what this valve caused several times?!). We couldn’t be happier!
Jeffery was a quick and efficient plumber. He fixed the problem and he did a great job. He has a friendly personality and a hard worker. They get the job done right the first time!
I had a sudden pipe leak from old copper pipes on a weekend. I found Sargents and they came out right away and started working on a fix. They lined up a restoration company that was on the job immediately with machines to dehumidify. I ended up having them re pipe my house and they worked on a Sunday until it was finished. I also had them install a new water heater. Everything was done promptly and professionally. I would highly recommend

A couple of months ago, I used Nextdoor to find referrals for a plumbing company. Sargents was highly recommended so I used them and was extremely pleased with their excellent wirk, great prices and friendly, kind workers! So, when I was having some drainage problems, I called them of course! They came iut on this same day and , checked out the issues. I would say the thing I appreciate the most is that they let me know about some more extensive work that would be needed in the future - but understand my circumstances of not being able to do that now. They got my toilets and sinks working great. Once again, I most highly recommend these guys!!

I found Sargeant's Plumbing on Nextdoor. I just asked for a recommendation. He contacted me immediately and scheduled the appointment for the following day. He fixed the leak under the sink and the clogged toilet quickly. Great work, wonderful communication, and great customer service! I've already recommended to friends and family.
I made a post on Nextdoor for a plumbing emergency (toilet clogged and overflowing everywhere) late Saturday night. Andrew engaged immediately and scheduled an appointment for Sunday. He came out, fixed the toilet and followed up! I'm very pleased and will refer them to anyone who asks. It's not often that you get great communication, speed, and customer service!
The brothers worked on replacing my outside faucet. I liked that they were up front with me with the cost. Honesty is very important to me. I also liked that they were at my house less than an hour with the replacement parts. They were easy to talked to and they fixed my faucet in no time. I did not like the slow dripping from the spigot, so they stay back to make sure the dripping stopped. Give them a call, tell them exactly what you want done, and they will make it happen!

Just used Sargent's for the first time. They are awesome!!! Came out on the same day we called (Saturday)and kept me updated on their scheduling. They were friendly, honest and fair. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.
We were having a plumbing situation that showed up on a Friday after hours. They came out on a Saturday and.. well, everything you worry about a plumber doing to pad a bill, they do the opposite. There was no extra charge for coming out on a Saturday, they were honest, friendly and I would absolutely trust them with all of my plumbing needs in the future.And they share wisdom to keep you from having problems in the future.We definitely have a new plumber! I cannot recommend these folks enough.

These guys did great work. I had a fairly complicated drain issue in an old 1960s home. They problem solved by trying a few methods, and finally were able to solve the issue. I appreciated their patience to stay as long as they needed to figure out the problem. It’s hard to find hard working companies these days that aren’t just trying to squeeze every dollar out of customers. They actually cared about fixing the issue. I would highly recommend and I will definitely work with these guys in the future whenever I have plumbing needs.
