We have had Sargent’s out several times for various fixes and upgrades. They are well informed and do a great job laying out your options. They get the work done in a timely manner; they have good availability; and, their prices are on par with the market. We’ve also received recommendations for tradesman in other areas of home maintenance, which has helped us resolve issues outside the scope of plumbing.

Called Andrew for a leaking bathtub faucet. Sent him a video, and within an hour, he was there with the right part and had it fixed within 15 mins. Outstanding customer service and worth the price!
Our hot water tank went down this morning and we were at a loss. I called Sargent's plumbing and Andrew Sargent took my call. He had Jeffrey Sargent come to our house in a very short matter of time. Jeffrey installed a new hot water tank and you could tell that he really takes pride in his workmanship. Totally satisfied with the quick response and a job well done. Follow up, I had a slight drain problem from the install but Sargent's plumbing responded immediately and took care of it. Great company, with great service.
Sargents plumbing did a great job for us! They returned our service call immediately on a Sunday and came out to our home the following day at the exact time they said they would. The clogged drain was cleared immediately!!! Sargents plumbing staff is very professional and informative. Great service!!
I had the best experience with Sargent’s Plumbing & Drain I’ve ever had with someone in my home, beyond plumbing only. They came when they said they would. Came back to address concerns and make sure everything was right. Took care of our house and cleaned up after themselves. Andrew provided expertise as a plumber and exceptional customer service. Highly recommended!
Rather than charge for a service call, the owner walked me through how to fix my garbage disposal. Wow! Guess who is now in my contacts should I ever need a plumber again.
On time, professional and very fair with prices. Definitely use them again!
Outstanding job, very fast getting the job done replacing my hot water tank and fixing my leak. Highly recommend!

Great job installing new toilet and vanity. Timely and fair pricing. Will definitely use again.
Best plumber I've ever used. His attention to detail is amazing. He cares about the job he is doing, no matter the size. Neat, doesn't leave a mess. Very personal service, nothing like the corporate plumbing companies out there.
They did a great job addressing all of our issues and did it within one hour, which saved us a good amount of money.
Sargent Plumbing got me taken care of with same day service. Jeffrey’s attitude was very pleasant and professional. Will be using them for all my plumbing needs in the future.
They were quick to respond on the weekend and very reasonable on pricing. Highly recommend them!
Very knowledgeable. Arrived within 30 minutes after speaking with them.
Super awesome company! They were fast and super reasonably priced. We had an emergency water pipe bust and they were out same day without charging us an arm and a leg.
Andrew is very professional and fair priced and also makes an effort to connect and care for his customers. I had a pipe bust late one evening and not only did he drop what he was doing to get my home fixed up, he also gave me a more than a reasonable charge (didn’t hit me with a hefty emergency bill). I highly recommend Sargents plumbing for anything you need.
This is the best plumbing company i've ever used and I will be calling them for all of my future plumbing needs. Very professional, fairly priced, and great work. Highly recommend.
Did the job the same day the problem happened. Jeffrey did a great job fixing the problem. If you're looking for a reliable service, I highly recommend them.
Andrew is the best extremely knowledgeable and very helpful . I highly recommend !
Above and beyond on customer service! Fair quotes! Would recommend to anyone!
Bought a house a few months back that had plumbing issues we didn’t know where there. In a panic I searched the web for reputable companies and Sargent’s Plumbing and Drain came out within 30 mins, gave me a free quote and assured they would have it brand new. I can wholeheartedly endorse this amazing company led by a very respectable and knowledgeable young man. If you have ANY plumbing concerns, Sargents should be your first and only call!
We’ve used Sargent’s Plumbing twice and both times they were awesome! The first time was last Christmas Eve afternoon. Our half bath toilet was leaking. They were able to schedule us that day. Hayden arrived on time, assessed the situation, fixed it quickly and didn’t leave a mess. Just recently, the same toilet developed another problem. Called Sargent’s. Jeffrey arrived a little early (not a problem), listened to my concerns and made some adjustments hoping to correct the problem. Unfortunately, it didn’t. He told me it might not; that the toilet should be replaced. Doing that in a couple of days. Quoted a reasonable price for this replacement. He and Andrew have been very patient in answering my questions. Highly recommend!
We have had issues with our sewer backing up into the house for a long time. I was worried when I first called because Sargent’s charges by the hour but wait.. They helped unclog the drain so fast it will make your head spin! Super nice, honest, and much more than fair to say the least. Use Sargent’s once and you won’t let anyone else help with your plumbing. Our issue was a little flap that broke off to keep sewage from back flowing into the home. (Ironic isn’t it that this is exactly what this valve caused several times?!). We couldn’t be happier!
Jeffery was a quick and efficient plumber. He fixed the problem and he did a great job. He has a friendly personality and a hard worker. They get the job done right the first time!
I had a sudden pipe leak from old copper pipes on a weekend. I found Sargents and they came out right away and started working on a fix. They lined up a restoration company that was on the job immediately with machines to dehumidify. I ended up having them re pipe my house and they worked on a Sunday until it was finished. I also had them install a new water heater. Everything was done promptly and professionally. I would highly recommend
They were prompt and very informative. I am female and was never spoken down to (asi have experienced with others). Friendly. I highly recommend
Had a wonderful experience with Sargent's Plumbing! Andrew was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent communication throughout the whole project! Great pricing and got us back up and running from our gas leak issue very quickly! Will be using them again in the future!

Piping in Broken Arrow, OK
Piping services cover the installation and repair of the water supply and drain lines in your home. This is a broad service that includes many different jobs. We can install a new water line for your refrigerator’s ice maker. We can also run new pipes for a bathroom or laundry room you are adding. Our work includes repairing leaks in existing pipes, whether they are in a wall or a crawlspace. This service is essential for any renovation or addition. It ensures your new fixtures have safe, reliable water and drainage. Our licensed plumbers follow all local codes.
Piping materials have evolved over the years, and we are experts in all of them. For water supply lines, we often work with copper, which is durable and long lasting. PEX is another popular choice; it is a flexible, plastic tubing. PEX is resistant to freezing and corrosion, and its flexibility makes it easier to install. For drain, waste, and vent (DWV) systems, we use PVC and ABS. These plastic pipes are the modern standard. They are smooth, durable, and resistant to clogs. Our plumbers can repair these modern materials. We can also repair older materials like cast iron drain pipes or galvanized steel supply lines.
Our process for a new piping installation is thorough. It begins with a free in person estimate where we discuss your project. We will plan the new pipe routes, ensuring they are efficient and code compliant. For a remodel, we coordinate with your other contractors. We work carefully to open walls as needed, minimizing disruption. Our plumbers make every connection secure and leak free. We always perform a full pressure test on new supply lines. For drain lines, we run water and check every joint. We are dedicated to providing a 5 star service.
Fixing a leaking pipe is one of our most common piping services. Even a small pinhole leak can cause significant damage over time. It can rot your home’s framing and lead to mold growth. We use advanced leak detection tools to find hidden leaks. Once located, we will provide a straightforward quote for the repair. The fix usually involves cutting out the small, damaged section of pipe. We then replace it with a new, durable section. We use professional couplings to ensure the repair is permanent. This service protects your home’s value.
Piping is also essential for appliance hookups. When you buy a new dishwasher, washing machine, or ice maker, it needs a water supply and a drain. We can install the necessary water and drain lines exactly where you need them. This often involves running a new pipe from your main plumbing. We will install a new shutoff valve, known as an angle stop. This allows you to turn off water to the appliance without shutting off the whole house. Proper installation prevents leaks behind your appliances. It is a small job that provides great peace of mind.
Frozen pipes are a serious risk during Oklahoma winters. When water freezes, it expands, and this pressure can burst a pipe. We offer emergency pipe thawing and repair services. If you have a burst pipe, shut off your main water valve and call us immediately. We also offer preventative piping services. We can insulate exposed pipes in your crawlspace or attic. For pipes in especially vulnerable areas, we can reroute them. Taking preventative steps is much less expensive than repairing flood damage. Our team is here to help you protect your home.
When you hire Sargent’s Plumbing & Drain, you are hiring a locally owned, honest company. We are dedicated to hard work and integrity. Our plumbers are licensed and insured for your protection. We stand behind our work with long term warranties on materials and labor. We offer discounts for seniors, teachers, and veterans. Our 24/7 emergency service for homeowners comes with no extra weekend or night fees. We believe in fair, transparent pricing. We give you a free estimate before any work begins. This is our 5 star service guarantee.

What Makes a Great Piping Service
A great piping service is defined by precision and durability. It starts with a clear plan and an honest, free estimate. The plumber uses the correct, high quality materials for the job, whether it is PEX, copper, or PVC. Every connection, whether it is a solder, a crimp, or a glued joint, must be perfect. A great plumber is meticulous, ensuring no leaks exist. They test the system thoroughly before closing any walls. They work cleanly, respect your home, and follow all plumbing codes. The final result is a reliable plumbing system that lasts for decades.
Most Common Piping Questions
Your home’s pipes are its veins and arteries, and issues with them are a common concern. Homeowners often ask us about materials, costs, and signs of problems. Here are the most common piping questions we answer in Broken Arrow.
This is a great question that can be a little confusing. Plumbing is the broad term for the entire system. It includes the pipes, the fixtures like sinks and toilets, and the appliances like water heaters. Piping refers specifically to the network of pipes themselves. This includes the water supply lines that bring fresh water in. It also includes the drain, waste, and vent (DWV) pipes that carry wastewater out.
You can think of it this way: plumbing is the entire trade and system. Piping is the primary component of that system. A plumber is the professional who works on the whole plumbing system. Our piping services, therefore, are focused on the installation and repair of the pipes. This is different from a service like toilet repair or faucet installation. However, those fixture services often involve working on the pipes that connect to them.
Our licensed plumbers are experts in all aspects of the plumbing system. This includes both piping and fixture services. We can run a new water line or fix a leak. We can also install your new water heater or garbage disposal. This comprehensive expertise allows us to handle any plumbing job you have. We ensure every part of your system works together perfectly.
There are several clear warning signs that you may have a bad pipe in your wall. The most obvious is a visible water stain. This spot may be discolored, damp, or soft to the touch. You might also notice peeling paint or bubbling wallpaper in the area. These signs mean water is actively leaking and soaking into your drywall.
Another common sign is a persistent, musty smell. This is the smell of mold and mildew. A slow leak can create a constantly damp environment inside your wall. This is a perfect breeding ground for mold. Even if you cannot see a stain, this smell is a major red flag. Do not ignore it, as mold can cause health problems.
Finally, listen for the sound of dripping or running water. If you hear this when all your faucets are off, it is a sure sign of a leak. You may also notice a sudden drop in water pressure. This can happen if a pipe has a significant leak. If you notice any of these signs, call us.
The cost to repair a leaking pipe can vary widely. The final price depends on two main factors: the leak’s location and the pipe’s material. A leak on an exposed pipe in a basement or crawlspace is the easiest to access. This type of repair is typically very affordable. Our plumber can access the pipe easily, cut out the bad section, and replace it.
The cost will increase if the leak is in a difficult location. A leak inside a wall, for example, requires us to cut open the drywall. We make the smallest hole possible to access the pipe. After the repair, the drywall will need to be patched. A leak under a concrete slab is the most complex and expensive. This requires our advanced leak detection tools.
Sargent’s Plumbing & Drain provides free in person estimates for pipe repairs. We will assess the situation and find the leak. We will then give you a straightforward, honest quote before we begin. We offer 10% discounts for veterans, teachers, and seniors. We also never charge extra fees for homeowner emergency calls. Our goal is to provide a lasting repair at a fair price.
Yes, absolutely. Moving water pipes is a core part of our piping service. It is a very common request during kitchen and bathroom renovations. If you want to move your sink, change to a double vanity, or relocate your washing machine, we can move the pipes. We can reroute both the hot and cold water supply lines. We can also move the corresponding drain pipes.
Our process starts with a consultation. We will look at your remodeling plans and your home’s structure. We will find the most efficient and code compliant way to run the new lines. This may involve running new pipes through walls, floors, or ceilings. Our plumbers are experts at this. We work carefully to minimize the impact on your home.
We coordinate with your builder or contractor to get the job done at the right time. We ensure all new pipe is secured and properly sloped for drainage. We perform a full pressure test on the new lines. This guarantees there are no leaks before you install your new cabinets and drywall. This professional service is key to a successful renovation.
PEX and copper are the two most common materials used for water supply lines today. Copper has been the standard for decades. It is extremely durable, long lasting, and has natural antimicrobial properties. Its main drawback is that it is rigid, so it takes more time and labor to install. It is also susceptible to corrosion from very acidic water, and it can burst if it freezes.
PEX is a flexible plastic tubing. Its flexibility is its greatest advantage. It can be snaked through walls and around corners easily. This makes it much faster and less invasive to install. PEX is also highly resistant to bursting if it freezes, as it can expand. It will not corrode like copper. It is also generally less expensive than copper.
The question of which is better depends on the situation. For a whole house repipe, PEX is often the top choice due to its lower cost and ease of installation. For a small repair or an exposed pipe, copper is an excellent, durable choice. Both are safe, reliable, and approved by all plumbing codes. Our plumbers are experts at installing and repairing both. We can recommend the best material for your specific project.
If you have a pipe that is frozen, but not yet burst, you must act carefully. The first sign is usually a faucet that will not run or only has a small trickle. Find the section of pipe that is frozen. It is likely in an unheated area, like a crawlspace or near an exterior wall. You can gently warm the pipe using a hairdryer on a low setting. You can also wrap the pipe in warm towels.
Never, ever use an open flame to thaw a pipe. This includes a propane torch or a candle. This is an extreme fire hazard and can damage the pipe. Also, do not use a high heat electrical appliance like a heat gun. This can also damage the pipe. The key is gentle, even warmth. Keep the affected faucet open as you warm the pipe. This allows melting water to drip out and relieves pressure.
If the pipe has already burst, the situation is an emergency. Your first step is to go to your home’s main water shutoff valve and turn it off. This will stop the flood. Then, call Sargent’s Plumbing & Drain immediately. We offer 24/7 emergency service. We will come out, repair the burst section, and safely thaw any other frozen areas. We do not charge extra for homeowner emergency calls.
A pinhole leak is a tiny hole in a water supply pipe, often in copper piping. These leaks are caused by corrosion. Over many years, the chemistry of the water can eat away at the pipe from the inside out. Eventually, it creates a hole the size of a pin. While it sounds small, a pinhole leak can release a surprising amount of water. It can also spray a fine mist, soaking a large area inside a wall or ceiling.
These leaks are dangerous because they are often slow and hidden. You may not notice one for months. By the time you see a water stain, the leak has already caused significant rot and mold damage. If your home has copper pipes that are over 20 years old, you are at risk for pinhole leaks.
If we find a single pinhole leak, we can repair it. We will cut out the small, damaged section of the pipe. We will then install a new section of copper or PEX. However, one pinhole leak is often a warning sign. It usually means the rest of your copper piping is also corroding. If we see this, we may recommend a whole house repipe to prevent future leaks.
Yes, we install water lines for refrigerators all the time. This is a very common and popular piping service. If you buy a new fridge with an ice maker and a water dispenser, it needs a dedicated water line. We can run this line for you safely and professionally. This ensures you do not have to deal with leaks.
The process is straightforward. Our plumber will find the nearest cold water supply pipe. This is usually under your sink or in the crawlspace below the kitchen. We will install a new fitting, called a saddle valve or a T fitting. We then attach a small, flexible water line. This line is often made of PEX or stainless steel.
We will run this line from the water source to the back of your refrigerator. We route it cleanly, often inside cabinets or along the wall. We will leave the proper amount of slack so you can move your fridge. Finally, we install a shutoff valve. This allows you to easily turn off the water to the fridge if you need to. This service is a fast, affordable way to enjoy your new appliance.
